What started as a conversation at our college bar ended up in one of Oxford’s brightest student startups

We promise to increase footfall using our NFC sticker technology. Participants in our trail runs scan the tag at your counter, meaning you don’t have to lift a finger to be one of our partners.
In addition to this, we allow businesses to sponsor different trail runs, allowing us to automatically direct large numbers of potential customers to you

We recognise that Oxford can seem overwhelming with how many options it can throw at you, so that’s why we built Carbora.

Carbora allows you to take part in miniature trail runs, leading you to different independent shops and businesses around the city.

Whether you’re interested in studying at an artisanal coffee shop on your own, or you and your friends are looking for the next best thing to read, Carbora allows you to do all of this whilst exploring Oxford and shopping sustainably.

What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead.
